Terri Lynn is currently studying to become a Registered Holistic Nutritionist at CSNN, where she is learning both the bio-chemical & psycho-spiritual aspects of wellness in relation to nutrition. She has recently completed a Healthy Gut certificate program in order to gain extra insight into gut health, which is at the root of all dis-ease.
Growing up on beautiful Manitoulin Island (originally Manidoowaalling, which is Odawa for ‘Cave of the Spirit’), Terri Lynn was introduced to the benefits of holistic living at a young age.
She believes that the root of illness on the physical plane begins in the gut. By working to improve gut health and balancing nutritional deficiencies, she teaches clients to build a sturdy nutritional platform from which they can bio-chemically re-balance their body systems using food & lifestyle tools. This offers a sustainable foundation of health that the client can carry with them for life, rather than a quick fix or a one-size-fits-all approach. If a client chooses to take the next step, Terri Lynn then works together with them to focus in on their main health concerns, for example anxiety & depression, endometriosis, menopause, skin conditions and specific gut-health imbalances such as SIBO and IBS. Spiritual health is also of concern and therefore lifestyle tools and suggestions are also woven tastefully & lovingly into each protocol.
“Holistic Nutrition is much more than food. The way we think, act and imagine; what we choose to believe and how we choose to spend our time and energy are all powerfully integrated into how our body digests and assimilates. I’m passionate about guiding you back to your intuition by strengthening your gut-health and vitality. By taking responsibility for your health, you are creating balance and harmony within you, allowing yourself a more fulfilled life.”
